I. WELDING INSPECTION AND QUALITY CONTROL:

iii. NDT Engineers & Technicians for RT, MT, UT, PT, VT
iv. Welders, Foreman, Supervisors
v. Pipe fitters & Platers

3. Provide petroleum companies with highly qualified plant inspectors.
4. Provide clients with third party surveyors.
5. Training & qualifying of welders and certification to ASME, AWS & API requirements.
6. Developing welding procedure & specification and witness their qualifications.

II. NDT Level III Services:
DETECTION for Welding and NDT Consulting Co., as an Outside Agency provided the following NDT Level III Services to Petroleum and Industrial Companies:
1. Preparation of Fabricators to Achieve the ASME Authorization Stamps:

The above service included the following activities:
· Training, qualification and certification of Company NDE personnel.
· Establishing Company written practice in accordance with SNT-TC-1A.
· Establishing NDE procedures (RT, UT, MT, and PT) in accordance with ASME Codes.
· Demonstrating the NDE procedures on a mockup demo items.
· Establishing/Reviewing of Company Quality Manuals.
· Reviewing of NDE Equipment Calibration procedures.
· Representing the fabricators during the ASME Joint Review.

            Third party inspection to 4 HP SEPARATORS according to the ASME code

  Ø   RASHPETCO (ROSETTA GAS FIELD) 2004-2005

Ø  In-Service Inspection for 21 pressure vessel during April 2005 shutdown.

Ø  Developing procedures for internal inspection of onshore/offshore pressure vessels and fired heaters during the scheduled shutdown.

Ø  Perform internal inspection of onshore/offshore pressure vessels and fired heaters during S/D.

Ø  Review and evaluate field inspection reports.

Ø  Perform RBI analysis to modify the written scheme of examination.

Ø  Prepare of scope of work for onshore/offshore and sub sea inspection.

Ø  Prepare tenders and share in evaluation of tenders.

Ø  In-Service Inspection for(above-ground and under-ground fuel oil, gas, potable water, and fire fighting pipelines – different storage tanks – foam tanks,cranes,etc…..) in RasGhareb, Abo-Sanan and Abo-ELGaradic sites.

Ø  Developing procedures for internal inspection of onshore/offshore pressure vessels , fired heaters , storage tanks and piping system  during the scheduled inspection plans
