1. Provide the clients with the following

i.Tank floor inspection using magnetic flux leakage technique
ii.Heat exchanger tube inspection using eddy current technique
iii.Pipe line inspection using RT, MT, UT, PT, VT
iv.Tank inspection using RT, MT, UT, PT, V
v.Pressure vessel inspection using RT, MT, UT, PT, VT
vi.Welding inspection using RT, MT, UT, PT, VT
vii.Post weld heat treatment
viii.Hardness testing
ix.Wall thickness measurements
x.Painting inspection
xi.Quality control on all fabrication and repair works
2. Provide contractors with the following highly qualified labour:
i. Quality control managers and Engineers
ii. QC & Welding inspectors
iii. NDT Engineers & Technicians for RT, MT, UT, PT, VT
iv. Welders, Foreman, Supervisors
v. Pipe fitters & Platers
3. Provide petroleum companies with highly qualified plant inspectors.
4. Provide clients with third party surveyors.
5. Training & qualifying of welders and certification to ASME,
AWS & API requirements.
6. Developing welding procedure & specification and witness their qualifications.
7. Consulting activities in welding and NDT. |
